Update Amazon Lex content to reflect current console #11

Description of changes:

README.md has been updated to:

  1. Conform to the current wording of the Amazon Lex and Lambda console at the time of this PR
  2. Clarify steps needed to build the bot
  3. Place hard dependencies (Android) at the bottom so as not to dissuade others from using this module for just Amazon Lex chatbot construction
