Remove unused aws-amplify to fix axios security alert

Description of changes:

• Remove unused aws-amplify dependency to fix axios dependabot security alert.
• Tested the demo by deploying and downloading as mentioned in the README. All worked fine.
• The local code testing errors out in console logs for Audio and Video errors. But this behavior is also observed without this change.
