Dependencies on deprecated runtimes #19

Hi folks,

This solution is based on the NodeJS 16 runtime, which has been deprecated as of July 2024. There is also a lambda layer based on the NodeJS 14.x one.

Is a new release of this solution planned, to upgrade to more modern runtimes which aren't deprecated?
