Does this provide a history of emails from this Email account? Emails are reported as task contacts and as such can be reviewed within the Contact Search tab in Amazon Connect. By specifying a relevant name for the queue used such as "Email", contacts can be filtered to focus on this channel activity. Additional attributes can be specified as part of the workflow to assist with filtering.
Does it associate the email against a customer profile? Task contact attribute from (created by Lambda functio) can be leveraged to search for using the Customer Profiles block.
