How to reply to the email with extra information. #3

was able to get this github working fine, but needed to add information to the email on the reply. The task interface does not seem to have this capability. I am thinking the the agent interface would need to be totally custom to do this. Thoughts?

but needed to add information to the email on the reply. By adding information, do you mean file attachments? Then yes, I custom agent interface would be in order. If you meant replying with text as part of the email body, than that can be provided within the Description field on the Task creation page for the Quick Connect.
