aws-ws-event/index.en.md pages for each of the 3 labs
navigation changes on landing pages to reflect 3 options (own account, aws-hosted on eventengine, aws-hosted on workshopstudio) instead of 2 (own account, aws-hosted on eventengine)
marked aws-hosted on eventengine as legacy option
