Need to add support for kubeflow components used in training #66

Currently, there is support for MpiOperator, but no support for other Kubeflow components used in training, for example, Kubeflow Training operators for PyTorch and other ML frameworks, pipelines, notebooks, tensorboard, volumes, experiments, and katib.
