FSx for Lustre automatic export to S3 is not configured correrctly #73

Current configuration for FSx for Lustre SCRATCH_2 file-system for automatic export of contents to S3 bucket is not configured correctly. The automatic export is not happening. This is because the required Data Repository Association is missing, and without it, the automatic export is not working for FSx for Lustre SCRATCH_2 file-system.
