Add KVS app as a wrapper of KVS API to simplify its usage #4

KVS app wraps KVS API and KVS stream buffer, and it simplify its usage. There are 2 samples. One is kvsappcli for linux, and the other is kvsappcli-ingentic-t31 on Ingentic T31 board.
