v0.1.3 Slack Integration Broke

Our previously working Slack integration with v0.1.3 broke during July with no changes at our end. This error message is returned from AWS Q: Processing error Exception occurred for requestId: b9f843e6-7057-4709-b9e2-440ae45429fe with message: Conversation not found or has expired

We tried:

• verifying that the integration has not changed
• reinstalling the Slack app
