A plug and play solution to automatically stop your RDS instances or Aurora clusters once restarted by AWS in order not to fall behind maintenance activities.
Description of changes: Solution has been improved to support Aurora. Also, to streamline event structure across RDS and Aurora; the solution now rely on EventBridge instead of SNS. The earlier provisioned SNS resources will be deleted. You will also need to get rid of the manually configured RDS event subscription.
