Add solution description #1

Description of changes:

  1. Adds a solution description to the stack
  2. Adds a gitignore to avoid commiting to source control build files
  3. Rebuilt from source (TS) and did a couple of changes to make the build succeed

I tested locally with some images in the labels folder and it seemed to all work as expected.
