Updated lab 2 to change Flan model to Falcon 7B Instruct BF16 #25

Description of changes:

Removed Flan template and added Falcon 7B Instruct BF16 template to /studio-playground-ui/templates folder.
Edited /studio-playground-ui/main.py and /studio-playground-ui/invoke_endpoint.py files to support the model.
