update: generatecsv Lambda LAYOUT table markdown format

LAYOUT linearizer in generatecsv Lambda formats content in markdown, except for tables. Added table_linearization_format = "markdown" in textractor.TextLinearizationConfig.
Added white space with asterisk for list_element_prefix.
