Incorrect link of "AWS Cloud Development Kit" in the first paragraph of README.md #2

The link here "Sample implementation which takes advantage of AWS Cloud Development Kit (CDK) to define infrastructure in code and provision it through CloudFormation." in README.md is for CLI, not CDK.
