Allow meeting assistant to perform custom actions using a Bedrock Agent

LMA would support a Bring Your Own Agent configuration, where the AgentID is supplied during LMA deployment.

Ideally, LMA will also provide a default (demo) agent to enable some simple capabilities or of the box. These can include:

• KB queries, via the agent.
• Generic actions, such as:
  • email me a summary of this meeting
  • email me a reminder about this in 2 days
• Or generic API requests, like:
  • what time is it in Sydney? Etc.
