Add note to Cognito email regarding the Chrome browser extension #55

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. At the time the Cognito email goes out with login credentials for the LMA Dashboard, the "Download Chrome Extension" link does not yet work. It only becomes usable once the stack is fully deployed.

Describe the solution you'd like Per discussion with @rstrahan, suggest adding "Please hold off trying to download the Chrome Extension until the stack is CREATE_COMPLETE or UPDATE_COMPLETE" to the Cognito email content.

Describe alternatives you've considered This could also be documented somewhere on the dashboard or in the markdown docs.

Additional context I otherwise find the Live Meeting Assistant to be delightful.
