Add 'Virtual Participant' capability, enabling LMA to join and stream meeting as a separate 'virtual' participant. This enables:

user to join meeting with native desktop app instead of Chrome web browser
LMA to join call before user joins, or stay on after user has dropped, or even join without user (if other participants allow it)
