Remove HoudiniDigitalAssets folder from README #13

Do we need to add other structures like the .github directory and other files introduction on this place? It can be either in this PR or a separate one.

That's a good question. I'm not sure. I was working with the assumption that .folders are hidden folders and so they don't need to be explicitly defined. If in the future we feel we need to mention these, we can update the README at that time.
