Add GPU metric support #1

Currently the solution obtain CPU,memory and EBS metric through CloudWatch. It will be great to have individual GPU metric such as compute and memory utilization.

Explored and pending https://github.com/aws/amazon-cloudwatch-agent/issues/981 May have a work around by rebuilding the cloudwatch agent. ETA Q1 2024
