Create New CDK Python Example for DataSync S3 service

Describe the feature

I am contributing a python CDK example to enable Data movement among S3 buckets using the AWS Datasync service. It also demonstrates creating multiple Stacks and adding dependency between them.

Use Case

This example will support use-cases such as backups, bucket consolidation, data lake creations and so on.

Proposed Solution

I opened PR 851 to implement and test this solution.
