invalid AMI in ami-lookup example

When trying to run this example in us-west-2, I'm unable to run the AMI that is in the standard manifest:

@ptone You may want to close this. The manifest of AMIs can be updated, but will go out of currency periodically.

The specific AMI that will fix this is ami-8305d7e3, but it's probably not worth anyone's time to fix just this one entry.

@adamthom can you fix this? It's the only thing stopping me from using CloudFormation.
