Refactor of argument parsing
Changes to array init
Add name for CKM_CLOUDHSM_AES_GCM in hsm_info
CKR checks when spotted
Favor EXIT_FAILURE over 1
Move hsm_info to mechanism_info

Description of changes: Allows build on Windows for SDK 5 with some refactors and bug fixes along the way.
