Missing Tags on s3 object in cid-dashboard TF module. #650

Would it be possible to add the stack-tags on the S3 Object created here: https://github.com/aws-samples/aws-cudos-framework-deployment/blob/main/terraform-modules/cid-dashboards/main.tf#L5
