we are encouraging users to utilize the EKS helm chart for EFA device plugin https://github.com/aws/eks-charts/tree/master/stable/aws-efa-k8s-device-plugin

we now have docs updated for this in nearly all locations except for the Neuron docs - see the linked PRs/issues at the bottom of this PR https://github.com/aws-samples/aws-efa-eks/pull/22
