nginx installation failed on instance used for ASG tests #210

Installing the package with amazon-linux-extras install nginx1.12 later appears to restore things to normal.

Weird - was that a one-off or did you have that happen on all instances? Do you have additional information that would help with replicating this, e.g. region, AMI id, AWS account type, anything that could help narrow this down?
