Benchmark Setup: error opening wrfinput_d01 for reading ierr= -1021 #7

Hi, At https://github.com/aws-samples/aws-hpc-workshops/blob/master/README-WRF.rst#setup-benchmark you mentioned that only 3 input files are required for wrf run for conus 2.5k,

After arranging all three files , on running wrf.exe (v3.9.1.1) i got -

 program wrf: error opening wrfinput_d01 for reading ierr=       -1021

Could you please share instructions on ow to get the same ? (could you please upload the same?) Let me know if i can provide you with any further information.
