S3 bucket - "iotdevicesimulator-iotsimwebsitebucket-xxxxxx" open to the world #1

I would add a disclaimer for the bucket named as "iotdevicesimulator-iotsimwebsitebucket-xxxxxx" which stays open to the world and perhaps also suggest to delete the bucket after streaming section of the lab is complete.

Switched to CloudFront version of the device simulator.
