Motivation

Update the dependencies (boost, protobuf and catch2)
Issue number: #51

Modifications

Change summary

Update the CMakeLists file
Update the code to use the updated boost header
Update the instructions
Update the CI workflow

Testing

Open tunnel
Connect source from macos
Connect destination from AL2
SSH from the macos
Execute basic commands
