Executor failed running boost.

Describe the bug

When running ./docker-build.sh it fails on builder step 6/13:

ERROR [builder 6/13] RUN wget https://boostorg.jfrog.io/artifactory/main/release/1.76.0/source/boost_1_76_0.tar.gz -O /tmp/boost.tar.g

I also tried the latest version of boost (1.77.0) without any success.

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Clone this repo.
2. run ./docker-build.sh

Expected behavior

To successfully build the local proxy.

Actual behavior

Fails on step 6/13.
