Motivation

Localproxy support for parallel tcp connections.

Modifications

Change summary

Modifications to existing functions and handlers, and new handlers for new control messages CONNECTION_START and CONNECTION_RESET.
New mappings for tracking connectionId.
Changed source and destination tcp socket setup logic
