fix: adjusts link to index.html file at S3 #271

Issue #183:

Description of changes:

Removes -website- from the links used to access index.html at S3;
Replaces - for . on link to index.html at S3.

The links used are those intended, which S3 provides when using it as a static website hosting service: https://docs.aws.amazon.com/AmazonS3/latest/userguide/WebsiteEndpoints.html
