Refactor to have open gpu versions of apps alongside Neo ones
Description of changes:
Moved the converted open gpu + TensorRT versions of the applications to appname_opengpu instead of appname
Removed prefixes in some Jupyter notebook text for the moved applications as they would mention the old location: mot_analysis/mot_analysis_app/packages/(account_id)-MOT_ANALYSIS_CODE-1.0/src -> mot_analysis_app/packages/(account_id)-MOT_ANALYSIS_CODE-1.0/src for example.
