Description of changes:

Upgraded CDK version in both stacks
Upgraded the CDK version installed in setup.sh
Upgraded node version in the embdedded Lambda function in the tenant-infra-stack.ts
Installed interactive yarn tools in both stacks
Updated .gitignore with new yarn artifacts
