We are currently using the an older version of the codebuild image (codebuild.LinuxBuildImage.AMAZON_LINUX_2_2). This PR updates the codebuild project to use the latest codebuild imagecodebuild.LinuxBuildImage.AMAZON_LINUX_2_4
