Description of changes: Added Lab 0 - Self Service Install instruction Added Lab 5 - Instructions to Cleanup

updated lab1.template to address :

  1. Auorora postgresql in compatibility with instance type.
  2. Incompatible t2 instance for Jumpbox resource in region Stockholm
