Updated cleanup instructions #23

Added ride-times cleanup in CloudFormation, Lambda functions, and CloudWatch

Description of changes: When I cleaned up the resources after the workshop, I noticed that there were remaining ones not covered by the cleanup instructions.

Hi, thanks for contributing this change. However, this is no longer required. The "ride-times" SAM template has been renamed "theme-park-ride-times". If you had pulled the code before this rename, yes the "ride-times" stack would be there. Anyone doing the workshop since this commit: https://github.com/aws-samples/aws-serverless-workshop-innovator-island/commit/cf7d8c59901eee39df8b59d59513a3a13c15e36f would not be affected.
