Change register link to relative path #193

This is to make the registration link work if ever they choose to deploy the static website in their own S3 folders.

Thanks for this! I am making a whole bunch of changes to the workshop right now and will apply this manually as I've moved enough pieces around that I can't be sure this will apply cleanly.
