Update README.md - Document step 7 as optional #206

Had customer wondering why customer resource server has to be configured since not used further in the lab. Marked it as optional. I believe it's not used, would need confirmation.

Thanks for this. I recently made changes to this file to put a top of file note in about this module being under construction essentially. It still needs a bunch of work/updating. Thanks for this though!
