Updated Serverless Image Processing to reflect updates to EventBridge Console #321

Description of changes: Two changes:

  1. Updated Serverless Image Processing to reflect updates to EventBridge Console
  2. Added some conditional presentation of hashCode. If set in config.toml, it shows as it does prior to this PR. If set to the empty string (""), it hides the event enginge hash code in the menu, and adds some text on where to get it in the instructions.
