a) Adding Accounts using OUs
b) Sharing Portfolios using AWS Organizations
UPDATED:
1) Updated "SuccessfulPuppetRun" Image - the previous image had a "generate-shares" stage which is no longer in the latest Service Catalog Puppet Version - potentially confusing for users.
2) Change portfolio name from cloud-engineering-governance-self-service to reinvent-cloud-engineering-governance in 300-sharing-a-portfolio. reinvent-cloud-engineering-governance is the portfolio set up previously in the workshop.
Using `cloud-engineering-governance-self-service` leads to following error in CodeBuild: `AssertionError: Could not find portfolio`
3) Minor typo fix.
Tested with Service Catalog Puppet v0.104.0
