Dashboard cannot deploy on Hong Kong region #8

maybe hk region missing Cognito, How to solve it ?

Hello, The reason is that the solution is using some other services like Cognito - which in this case is not available in Hong Kong. Until this service will be available in this region, the solution won't work.
