[Feature Request] add Disclaimer pop-up for bots #393

Describe the solution you'd like

When creating Bots we specific data, we need to have disclaimer pop-up so user can agree on it, otherwise users won't be able to use the bot

sure will elaborate more, lets assume that we are creating custom bots, each one with different data (some confidential), once we want to share these bots we want users to accept our terms of usage ( to do accept on pop-up with terms ) before using the bot. ( to limit our responsibility ) I believe having it within bot creation will be great step forward toward building market place!
