• Fixes errors in driver download for Nvidia GPUs
• Adds support for g5 instances
• Upgrades Windows Server to 2022

• Added CloudFormation CFN-Init with ConfigSets to Automatcially configure each EC2 Instance.
• Added cfn-signal to signal CloudFormation to move to CREATE_COMPLETE when done boostrapping.
• Updated README file to include latest diagram and additional parameters.
• Fixed Registry installation sequence.
