Fix divergence of the Main and Developer branches caused by updates to main not covered by GH actions automation - Post Merge the difference between aws-samples:main and aws-samples:developer_branch is intended to be only the files that are updated by currently open PR's for testing purposes. This PR also cleans up old closed PR Configmaps
