Add Sysdig agent to eks-anywhare-common addons #76

Removed eks-anywhere-snow and moved to eks-anywhare-common. Tester added

@shapirov103 @elamaran11 please note that the previous PRs that we cancelled were right. The files are not marked ass deleted because the git detects that the same ymls that were deleted from the eks-anywhere-snow are not in eks-anywhere-common that is the reason why you don't see deletions but renames instead
