Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

  1. Need to apply /lgtm and /approve labels in PR from owners, similar like kubernetes and kubeflow community
  2. Need to enable e2e testing pipeline for the workshop.

Describe the solution you'd like A clear and concise description of what you want to happen.

Setup webhook to publish github events to EKS internal prow cluster.
