Notebook Kubeflow Dashboard - Specific to eksworkshop 1.01 setup

Describe the bug VFS connection does not exist - error coming up when kubeflow dashboard URL is opened in different system or browser earlier we are able to share the dashboard link and work remotely, no we are unable to work in other system only opening in one browser where we have cloud 9

Expected behavior expect the dashboard URL to be opened anywhere
