Renamed folder tenants-microsservices to tenant-microservices
Fixed serviceaccount.yaml annotation
Fixed irsa principal arn
Changed producer queue ssm parameter name
Enabled consumer to poll for messages
Removed folders that are not needed on the GitOps codecommit repo (helper, tenant-microservices)
