Service Mesh using AWS App Mesh - Modify instructions to use full path #1240

The code block under Create the Namespace and IAM Role and ServiceAccount on Amazon EKS Workshop > Advanced > Service Mesh using AWS App Mesh > EKS Fargate and Observability setup > Add Fargate Profile has command cd eks-app-mesh-polyglot-demo. This is a duplicate command from the prior page and the user is already in the directory. This should be changed to be the full path to ensure the following code is executed within the correct directory.
